Joseph graduated from Wisconsin School of Business and went on to work in finance in SF, NYC, LA and Chicago before returning to Madison. Since returning to Madison, he has been working with early stage startups in the for profit and non-profit worlds for over a decade. He co-founded 100state in 2013 and served as the organization’s first Executive Director. After leaving 100state, Joseph went on to be the Head of Sales at Fetch Rewards and then the Chief Revenue Officer at GrocerKey, before returning to the ED role at 100state in 2021.
